Finished Parts, Built to Specification

CNC machined plastic parts are produced from standard sheet, round bar and tube stock, machined to the tolerances, geometry and finish specified in your technical drawing. Because parts are machined from the same certified stock available across the Plastix Factory material range, material properties and traceability remain consistent from raw material through to finished component.

Parts are available in high-performance plastics, engineering plastics, fluoropolymers and special industrial grades — selected according to the mechanical, thermal or chemical requirements of your application.

Typical finished parts include bearings, bushings, thrust washers, seals, rollers, spacers, insulating components, valve parts and custom structural geometries, produced as single prototypes or repeat production series.
